The ÉCLAIRE Winter School 2014 is now confirmed:

Title: Measurement and modelling of biosphere-atmosphere exchanges of trace gases and aerosols

Location: Paris, France

Dates:  3-11 February 2014

The registration deadline is 30 November 2013.

There will be an opportunity to discuss the details of the event at the ÉCLAIRE meeting in Zagreb.  If you won't be in Zagreb, please post any questions or comments that you would like to raise for discussion at the meeting on the forum.

ÉCLAIRE TRAINING

Training activities of the ÉCLAIRE project are aimed to:

i)             Contribute to the skills development and knowledge of young scientists in ÉCLAIRE in order for them to complete their project objectives;

ii)           Provide the opportunity for young scientists to get to know and interact with other researchers with similar training needs.

As well as organising the ÉCLAIRE Summer School, which will be held in Year 2 of the project, the Training Work Package (WP23) will also organise specific activities based on the training needs of Young Scientists in the project. 

ÉCLAIRE Training Plan

One of the main activities of the first year of the project has been the developement of the Training Plan, which is based on the training needs highlighted in the Young Scientists Training Survey (carried out in April 2012).  Many thanks to those who contributed to this survey.

The results of the survey and the training strategy developed from it are included in the ÉCLAIRE Training Plan.
